Privacy Requests
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about personal data handled by Elevated General Contracting and Roofing. You may also appeal a privacy-request decision.
How to submit a request
Email info@theelevatedroofer.comwith the subject line Privacy Request. Include your full name, the email address or property address connected to the request, the request type, and a safe way to contact you.
Do not email a Social Security number, bank-account or card number, password, or copy of a government ID. If we need to verify your identity, we will explain the least intrusive way to do that.
Appeals
If you disagree with our decision, reply to the decision email with Privacy Appeal in the subject line and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will review the appeal and provide the information required by applicable law.
What happens next
We will acknowledge and verify the request, respond within the time required by applicable law, and explain any record that we must retain for legal, insurance, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute reasons.
