Acceptance and permitted use

RepCommand is an operational workspace operated by Elevated General Contracting and Roofing (EGCR) for EGCR and participating company customers in the United States. By using it, you agree to use it only for legitimate work, protect your account credentials, and follow applicable law and company policy.

Do not attempt to access another person's account or data, bypass access controls, upload malicious content, copy customer data outside approved business systems, or use RepCommand to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications.

Accounts and company data

Access is granted by a company invitation or RepCommand authorization and may be changed or removed when necessary to protect customers, company information, or the service. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Customer and project information belongs to the company that collected it or is authorized to use it. Each participating company remains responsible for its customer relationship, permissions, notices, and lawful instructions regarding its workspace data.

Trials and company subscriptions

A new company may receive a time-limited trial beginning when its Owner accepts the setup invitation. Unless otherwise stated at signup, trial access lasts 14 days. When a trial or paid subscription ends, RepCommand may place the workspace in read-only mode for a limited grace period so authorized users can review or export existing records. Creating or changing records requires an active trial or subscription.

Company subscription fees are processed through Stripe and are separate from homeowner or project payments. The company Owner is responsible for the subscription, authorized payment method, cancellation, and seat use. Current pricing, renewal terms, and any refund terms are shown in Stripe Checkout before purchase and remain subject to applicable law.

Project records, photos, and shared links

Upload only material needed for the job. Do not upload payment credentials, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, passwords, or other information that is not needed for the work. Shared project albums are intended only for the recipient you authorize; links expire after 30 days and may be revoked.

Payments

Customer payment requests are created only by authorized company Owners. Payments are processed by Stripe through its hosted checkout. An ACH payment is not final until Stripe reports it as successful. The invoice and project agreement, not RepCommand, state the applicable service and payment obligations.

Service availability

We work to keep RepCommand reliable and secure, but it may be unavailable for maintenance, provider outages, security work, or events outside our control. We may change or retire features when needed to protect the service, comply with law, or improve operations.
